Secure your plot with Gs. 5.000.000 by credit or debit card through TPago (Bancard), without traveling.

Complete the purchase
Pay the down payment from abroad and sign the contract with a digital signature, without traveling. Your advisor explains how to pay your installments from wherever you are.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy land in Paraguay if I live abroad?
Yes. Irún serves Paraguayans and foreigners living in Spain, Argentina, the United States, Brazil and other countries. Inquiries, the reservation, the down payment and the contract signature (with a digital signature) are all done remotely. You need a passport or official ID and proof of income from the country where you live.
Can I reserve a plot without going to the office?
Yes. The reservation (Gs. 5.000.000) is paid online by card through TPago, and availability is confirmed by WhatsApp.
Is the financing through a bank?
No. Financing is provided directly by Irún Inmobiliaria, in Paraguayan guaraníes, with no bank involved.
